History of Saint-Petersburg: Personal exhibition of Nadezhda Anichkova “Dreams of Saint-Petersburg”

August 31, 2012 in the Museum of Printing (Saint-Petersburg) opens the personal exhibition of Nadezhda Yurievna Anichkova “Dreams of Saint-Petersburg”, which presents paintings and graphics, urban landscapes and fantastic images of Saint-Petersburg, portraits of famous and revered residents of Saint-Petersburg, friends of the author, sketches, postcards, and book illustrations.

Saint-Petersburg is the main acting character in the works of Anichkova, she enthusiastically and inspired writes "portraits" of many faces, and a changeable city.

Also, Nadezhda Anichkova is a major public worker in preserving of historical and cultural heritage of Saint-Petersburg. She is the founder and the vice president of the society "Old Petersburg", she is the author of a literary project "Dreams of Saint-Petersburg", the film project "Saint-Petersburg. History in faces" and a cultural restoration project "Old Quarter".
