23 July 2012

The Goncharov Historical and Literary Museum in Ulyanovsk presented to its visitors the latest technical equipment. The updated resource base is liquid-crystal displays, touch screens and motion sensors.

Now with the help of modern technology visitors can try to write a page from the novel "Oblomov" with the speed of the author, browse the unique handwritten book "Family Chronicle of Goncharovs," which was started by the writer's grandfather back in 1730, and completed by his nephew in the late 19th century. Museum staff is confident that technological innovations will attract more visitors.
