Its construction was timed to the 300th anniversary of the Romanov dynasty (1913); people call the Cathedral the “Romanov Church”.

The exhibition features 22 icons, which are made by iconographers of the icon-painting workshop of St. John the Apostle.

After the end of the exhibition icons, presented at the exposition, will take their place in the iconostasis of the St. Theodore Cathedral.
