Society and mass media: “Russia Beyond the Headlines” website launched a newsline in English

The newsline in English is available from July 2012 at the web site of the international project of "Russian Newspaper» Russia Beyond the Headlines (RBTH) at http://rbth.ru/news. The main content for the newsline will be supplied by "Interfax".

Now at the web site RBTH, except the analytical articles, reviews and reports will daily appear the main Russian news. The newsline will be updated in a real time.

"For our project the launch of the newsline is an opportunity to diversify the content. Beforehand at the web site were published only review, analysis and reportage materials about Russia. There was no a small operational form. Now we can offer to our readers the most current news in a good English language from the authoritative source - one of the oldest and most respected Russian news agencies", - said the executive editor of online products of RBTH Vsevolod Pulya.

Russia Beyond the Headlines is an international project of the "RN", producing monthly applications of Russia inside the influential world mass media since 2007. Today the project covers 18 editions in 11 languages in 15 countries. Multimedia Portal of RBTH includes 10 languages (English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Greek, Japanese, Chinese) and two regional (India and Hong Kong) versions. Online resources of RBTH also include special sections at the web portals of the key newspapers-partners, a mobile version of the site and the English-language iPad-application.
