Information technology: Issues of cloud technologies are discussed at the international forum “Clouds-NN 2012” in Nizhny Novgorod

The Russian market of cloud technology is on the stage of the rapid growth, and in 3-5 years it will reach $ 1 billion. These forecasts are made by the participants of the International Forum "Clouds-NN 2012", which takes place on August 23-24, 2012 in Nizhny Novgorod.

According to experts, the volume of the Russian market of cloud technologies is now 30 million dollars, and it is note, in the last year or two, the technology is rapidly developing in Russia.

"Previously the company introduced new technology to be modern, but now economy comes to the fore – there is a real reduction in budgets on the market. In such circumstances, the transition to outsourcing IT-service, which can significantly reduce the costs, - is an economic inevitability", - says the director of development services and professional services of the company "NVision Group" Maxim Papin. According to him, the aggregate cloud services can provide savings of up to 20%.

The Forum, which is held in Nizhny Novgorod for the second time, gathered on the platform the representatives of major IT-companies, service providers, potential investors and entrepreneurs. And if last year it was informative, and for many the people the term "cloud computing" was a novelty, but now such world-famous companies such as Microsoft, Softline, Oracle, NVision Group propose their  projects and services.
