Information technology and society: The Saint-Petersburg festival invites to the exhibition of retro computers

Retro computers and old games, which can play anyone, are presented at the annual festival «Chaos Constrctions», which takes place from 18 to 19 August 2012 in Saint Petersburg. The first computer models - such as the Amiga, ZX Spectrum, Commodore 64, Enterpise 128, BK-0011 are presented at the festival.

In the framework of the festival various contests are held. So, wishing programmers can test their ability in cyber tournaments on the games. Works of famous computer artists, drawn in the style of "8-bit" are presented for fans of the artistic movement. Besides, a living gallery of photocopies of it will be created in high definition.

The festival «Chaos Constructions» took place in 1995 as a «demo party». Programmers, artists and musicians in several categories competed in it.
