Russian history: “The Storm of 1812: Peoples of Russia against Napoleon’s Army” Scientific Conference in Moscow

September 21, 2012 in Moscow, the N. A. Nekrasov Central Universal Scientific Library is hosting the scientific conference "The Storm of 1812: Peoples of Russia against Napoleon's Army."

Speakers at the conference are the leading Russian historians from Moscow, Elista, Biisk, Vologda. Students from Moscow schools, representatives of the national-cultural autonomies, the librarians will also deliver speeches.

The conference will include presentation of the catalog-album "Bookplates of libraries participating in the Patriotic War of 1812. From the collection of the Nekrasov Central Universal Scientific Library," and of the bibliographical index "God is with us", dedicated to the 200th anniversary of the Victory in the Patriotic War of 1812 and the 235th anniversary of Emperor Alexander I the Blessed.
