One of the most important issues was the discussion of commemorative events dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the First World War, which will be held in 2014. The key event here will be an international military-historical festival "Breakthrough", and the base platform will be the Kaliningrad region, as the only territory of the Russian Federation, where the battles of this time took place.

Following the discussion, the list of priority topics and activities included cultural and historical project "Staraya Ladoga", historical festival "Time and era", a list of events on the military commemorative events of the Second World War: "Breakthrough of the Siege of Leningrad", "Defense of the Soviet Arctic", "Release of Rostov", and etc.
