Information technology and society: “Looking Into the Electronic Future” International Conference in Sochi

"Looking Into the Electronic Future" International Conference is taking place 13-14 September 2012 in Sochi.

The main topics of a two-day discussion are the prospects for development of innovative technologies in the field of telecommunications and implementation of the federal program "e-government".

The conference is attended by managers and developers of leading Russian and international IT companies, experts, scientists, representatives of government agencies, of business, foreign delegations.

Delegations from Korea and Kazakhstan will share their experience of implementing online resources for two-way communication between citizens and authorities at different levels. Representatives of Microsoft in Russia will present the latest developments in cloud computing. The program also includes a working meeting on public policy in the field of information technology and the development of the "e-Government" infrastructure and of the system of electronic interdepartmental cooperation.
