Russian language abroad: Russian editions at the 8th International Exhibition of scientific and technical literature in Pyongyang

September 10, 2012 in Pyongyang, there was held a grand opening of the 8th International Exhibition of scientific and technical literature. Over recent years the scale of the event has grown significantly: the number of participants was about 50 organizations from around the world, five of whom were from Russia.

"Russkiy Mir" Foundation exhibits a collection of educational and scientific literature, including manuals and books on Russian language. After the exhibition the book collection will join the Cabinet of the Russian World in the Palace of the People's study, the largest library of the DPRK.
