Internet resources: Web site with a virtual tour around Google Data centers is launched

Google has launched web site “Where the Internet lives” which tells of Google data centers.

The gallery with pictures from Google data centers in the USA, Finland and Belgium is available at the web site. The photos were taken by Connie Zhou. They can consider the racks with servers, telecommunications equipment and cooling systems owned to company.

In addition, Google published at Street View panoramic photos of its data center in Lenoir, North Carolina. The user can take a virtual walk through the building, looking at different facilities.
