Society and reading: Lesefestwoche Reading Festival in Vienna

On the eve of the International Book Fair Buch Wien 2012, to be held from 22 to 25 November 2012, from 19 to 25 November Vienna is traditionally hosting the reading festival Lesefestwoche. There, authors from around the world present their new books, communicate with readers and organize author readings of the latest works.

The Russian stand at the international book fair Buch Wien will present to the public children's books and contemporary Russian literature, as well as the publishing program of the Government of Moscow and the exhibition on the life of Boris Yeltsin.

Events prepared by the Russian delegation will go beyond the primary site of the fair, and will also take place at the Russian Centre of Science and Culture in Vienna, the Institute of Slavic Studies of the University of Vienna and the bookstore "ABC."
