Russian culture abroad: Exhibition of works by Prokudin-Gorsky in Berlin

The Berlin publishing house Die Gestalten Verlag GmbH & Co. KG in the framework of the European Month of Photography presents an exhibition of the famous Russian photographer Sergey Prokudin-Gorsky. It features more than 250 color photographs of masterpieces that are included in the recently published under the photo album "Nostalgia".

The European Month of Photography in Berlin is one of Germany's largest photo festivals, which is held in the capital every two years and includes numerous exhibitions and events on various topics. In 2010, half a million people visited the festival from all over the world, and the number of cultural institutions, galleries and museums of parties was 140. This year's Month of Photography is held from October 19 to November 25 and is dedicated to "View of the other".
