Russian libraries: City library center established in Moscow

State Governmental Institution "Moscow City Library Center," designed to increase the efficiency of use of library resources, created in Moscow.

Instruction of the city government to establish the City cultural institution, "Moscow City Library Center," was signed by Moscow Mayor, Sergei Sobyanin.

The main purpose of the agency is to implement measures to ensure the library and information services to the population of Moscow; it is also charged with fulfilling the duties of a state customer when placing orders to achieve the main objective its activities. The state if the agency will include 50 employees.
