Russian regions: Photo Album “Penza. Turning over the old album pages…Photographs of 1860-1910s” is presented

To the 350th anniversary of Penza a magnificent album “Penza. Turning over the old album pages…Photographs of 1860-1910s” is released. The photo album has included interesting photographs from private collections, holdings of the Penza State Local Museum and the State archive of the Penza region.
