Information technology and Russian regions: A single information web site of objects of cultural heritage to be created in the Moscow region

The Ministry of Culture of the Moscow region hosted the second meeting of the Public Council on preservation of objects of cultural heritage. Participants of the meeting discussed problems of preservation, use and state protection of manor complexes of the Moscow region.

The Ministry of Culture of the Moscow region presented projects, which are planned to be implemented on the basis of manor complexes, and the specialists of the National Research University “Higher School of Economics” presented to guests the project “road map” – a strategy for conservation and development of manor complexes.

It was also decided to create a single information web site of objects of cultural heritage of the Moscow region, which could become some kind of a public register for monuments, and a source of detailed information about the state of cultural objects in the region.
