Russia starts hosting events, dedicated to the 400th anniversary of the Romanov dynasty. As part of the anniversary program “From ocean to ocean – from Vladivostok to Toronto” throughout Russia will be traveling an exhibition of paintings by Olga Romanova and personal things, belonging to the Imperial House. The exposition was prepared by the Grand Duchess Olga Alexandrovna Charitable Foundation.

The main part of the exposition consists of art works and letters of the sister of Nikolas II – Grand Duchess Olga Alexandrovna. From the family archive we brought a panel presented by Emperor Nicholas Alexandrovich in honor of the 300th anniversary of the Romanov dynasty - told the widow of the last Russian emperor's nephew, the chairman of the Grand Duchess Olga Alexandrovna Charitable Foundation Olga Nikolaevna Kulikovskaya-Romanova.

She also noted that at the exhibition you can see personal things by Empress Alexandra Feodorovna, which, “most probably, were in the Ipatiev House, where the Royal family spent last days and where it was executed”.

The exhibition will be open on January 16, 2013 in Vladivostok, and then it will be held in Tyumen, Yekaterinburg, Moscow and other cities of Russia.
