To the 400th anniversary of the Romanov dynasty: The Romanov Days opened in Yekaterinburg

In Yekaterinburg opened the Romanov Days, dedicated to the 40th anniversary of the accession of the Romanov dynasty.

In front of the main post office in Yekaterinburg opened the exhibition “The great dynasty – great Russia”, a joint project of the Yekaterinburg diocese and the Ural Financial Law Institute.

The exposition presents 18 information stands, located directly on the street. At stands are posted photos of tsars, and on each – the story of their deeds, the contribution to the fact that Russia has become the great power. A particular attention is paid to person of Nicholas II. 

As part of the Romanov Days will take place visits of historians, writers, journalists to the Urals as well as historical and educational meetings, worships.

The Romanov Days will last until July, when by tradition in Yekaterinburg are held Tsar Days timed to the July 17, the day of execution of the family of Nicholas II.
