State and society: The X Krasnoyarsk Economic Forum takes place

From February 14-16, 2013 in Krasnoyarsk with the support of the Government of the Russian Federation, the Russian Economic Development Ministry and the Ministry of Regional Development of Russia as well as the Government of the Krasnoyarsk region is taking place the X Krasnoyarsk Economic Forum.

As part of the event is it planned to discuss the strategic initiatives of socio-economic development of the country for the period up to 2018, new models of economic growth, determining the institutional changes and improvements of the quality of life. An important part of the discussion will be the analysis of regions’ contribution to the modernization of the national economy, the discussion of perspectives of development of Siberia and Far East, as well as to assess the possibilities of including Russia to the global economic chain of “digital economics”.

The Forum is one of three effective events for discussion of topical solutions for economics, development and innovations.

The X Forum is traditionally attended by representatives of the Government of the Russian Federation, the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, federal executive bodies, the Office of the Plenipotentiary representative of the President of the Russian Federation in Siberian Federal District, as well as representatives of federal and regional governments, institutions of development and state corporations, business communities, leading Russian and foreign experts.
