History and culture: The Museum Reserve “Pavlovsk” presents a part of “Naryshkins’ treasure”

The Museum Reserve “Pavlovsk” on February 13, 2013 opens the exhibition where will be demonstrated a large part of Naryshkins’ treasure found during the restoration of the mansion in Petersburg.

The cache kept more than two thousand of items – table and tea-candy sets, decorations, awards. On many subjects there are marks of the best national jewelers of the XIX-XX centuries: Sazikov, Ovchinnikov, Khlebnikov, Grachevs brothers, Keibel - most of them are the suppliers of the imperial court.

According to the press service of the museum, the exhibition will feature 397 items of treasure.

The exhibition at the Konstantin Palace, where you can see other 340 exhibits of the treasure, still works in full.
