Information technology and authority: The web site “Open Republic” is launched in Bashkiria

In Bashkiria started operating the web site “Open Republic”, working as “e-reception hall” of authorities. As noted in his blog Rustam Khamitov “the portal makes communication with the authorities of the Republic of Bashkortostan available, convenient and fast”. 

According to President, the main advantage of “e-reception hall” is the possibility to access to all the ministries, offices of the republic and mayors of Ufa in the “single window” and to contact to them directly. The main convenience of the system is that the applicant is able to track the progress of his review of the treatment in a private office in real time. By the wish his appeal will be made ​​public in a special section.

At the same time the resource is a platform for exchange of views on the order to address complaints.

The President also said that “in the near future the system will be connected to the administration of all the cities and regions of Bashkortostan”.
