Internet and law: Legal acts of the Government of Russia to be published at the web site of the legal Information

Legal acts of the Russian Federation will be published at the official web site of legal information. Previously, all the presidential and government documents, which began the action only after the official publication, were placed in “Rossiyskaya Gazeta” and in the Assembly of the Russian Federation legislation. Now for the entry into force it is sufficient to have publication at the portal pravo.gov.ru. The management of this site is provided by the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation.

The relevant decree of the President of Russia № 88 dated February 2, 2013 has been already published at this portal. The official publication of decisions and orders of the Government of the Russian Federation at this resource will begin 30 days after the date of the publication of the decree.
