“Clouds” – is the first and the only web site of Russian literature in Estonia in the Internet, available at www.oblaka.ee, the opening of which took place on February 28, 2013.

“Clouds” – is the reference to the history of Russian literature in Estonia. In 1920 in country there was issued the first edition in Russian – the weekly of literature, art and life “Clouds”. But it is also 10 years of Russian literature in Estonia, as the web site grew out from the literary association “The Kite”, operating in Tartu in 2003-2006”, - noted the chief editor of the web site, poet and translator Igor Kotyuh.

The web site has three goals: to promote Russian literature in Estonia, to promote intensive dialogue between the local Russian and Estonian writers, to strengthen ties with authors of the Baltic region.

Visitors of the web site “Clouds” can read about both the earliest published texts and the recent works – due to the issued at the web site electronic journal “New clouds”.
