To the World Day of a Book and Copyright: The exhibition-competition “The Simbirsk Book” in Ulyanovsk

From April 17 until 25, 2013 in the V. I. Lenin Ulyanovsk Regional Scientific Library is held the Tenth annual regional exhibition “The Simbsirk Book”, timed to the World Day of a Book and Copyright, annually celebrated on April 23.

In 2013 in the Tenth regional exhibition-competition “The Simbirsk Book” are taking part book publishing, printing organizations and authors of the Ulyanovsk region.

By tradition, “The Simbirsk Book” includes a large program of activities aimed at reviving interest to the historical past of the region, the promotion of the best examples of regional literature, the involvement in active communicative and skilled reading of different sections of population, the raising of prestige of a book and a reading.
