To prevent children from an illegal Internet content it has to be terminated, but it is also necessary to create online resources that are useful, informative and safe for the rising generation. This was emphasized by the head of public relations and management of Internet resources of the Ministry of Culture of Russian Federation Philip Gurov on April 15, 2013, at "Protect RuNet: Feats and Fears” panel discussion.

According to him, the ministry has already launched a number of acquainting resources, in particular, Kultura.rf, linked to a number of important cultural Web resources of the country.

The Ministry also launched unified historical portal Istoriya.rf. For its creation were involved historians who helped to compile a list of hundreds of historical and human resources and materials, which can be used in the learning process and which are safe. "Now we are developing such a search engine system, so the content from the five hundred to the thousands of sites could be found, and all these materials would be safe, - pointed Philip Gurov. - These sites have to be built, including the sites created at the budget expense”.
