16 April 2013

In Amsterdam after the reconstruction opened the National Museum Rijksmuseum, which is considered to be one of the leading in the world. The meeting is known primarily for its collection of Old Dutch masters. The main exhibit is the “Night Watch” by Rembrandt, after the restoration it also returned to its seat.

The opening of the museum was attended by Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands. She turned her large gold key and thus symbolically returned to the Dutch most famous museum in the country. Built in 1885 the Museum has been restored for 10 years.
