Information technology and education: The Russian-Italian Forum, dedicated to new technology in education, in Rome

April 3-4, 2013 in the University of Rome la Sapienza is held the Russian-Italian Forum “Modern information and communication technology in higher education: new educational programs, teaching with the use of e-learning and the improvement of the quality of education” with participation of more than 45 leading employees, professors and teachers who present 20 Russian higher educational institutions in different regions of Russia and the experts of almost all faculties of the University La Sapienza. The Forum is also attended by representatives of Russian companies and organizations, working in the field of information and communication technology.

The Forum is organized by the Center of Russian Studies of the Russkiy Mir Foundation in cooperation with the Center for Cooperation with Eurasia, the Mediterranean and Africa (CEMAS) and the Association Geopolitica.info of the University of Rome la Sapienza.

The topic of the conference, of course, reflects the main direction in modernization of the higher education in the world and will be very relevant in the coming years of development in Italy and Russia.
