To commemorate the 68th anniversary of the Great Victory: Exhibition “Spring. Victory” in Irkutsk

April 30, 2013, the museum complex "Window to Asia" of the Irkutsk Regional Local History Museum presents "Spring. Victory." exhibition organized by the Department of History of the Museum and timed to the Day of Victory.

The exhibition features models of weapons (Mosin rifle, Degtyarev machine gun, TT pistol, etc.) and equipment of soldiers of the Red Army, papers and belongings, suggesting the contribution of Siberians, veterans and home front workers, to the victory. Also on display are samples of production of plants, including those that were evacuated, which manufactured products for the front.

The exhibition will run until the end of May.
