International events: The photo exhibition “One Hundred Years: Portraits of Russian people” in Copenhagen

The photo exhibition “One Hundred Years: Portraits of Russian people” dedicated to Russia, opened on June 6, 2013 in Copenhagen (Denmark). It takes place in the framework of the annual photography festival in Copenhagen. Its exhibits have become portraits of 100 Russians aged from one to hundred years old, made ​​by Danish photographer Keane Haik-Abildhauge.

“I wanted to show the beauty and the diversity of Russia, the amazing thoughts and dreams of Russian people - said the artist, who has lived in Russia for about four years. - Their amazing stories are hard to put into words, so I tried to show them in the photographs”. “In fact, in the exhibition shows a group portrait of Russia, which wants peace in the world, health and happiness for themselves and their children”, - he explained.
