Society and the youth: The summer youth school of Russian Geographical Society “Geography in the modern world: problems and perspectives” in the Moscow region

26-31 August 2013 in Moscow will be held the first Youth Scientific Summer School of the Russian Geographical Society “Geography in the Modern World: Problems and Prospects”.

The Summer School of Russian Geographical Society is a communicative platform for exchange of experience and transfer of knowledge on the current state of geographical science to young professionals, contributing to enhancing their participation in the research and public activities.

The participants of the summer school will learn about the latest discoveries in the field of geography, they will have a unique opportunity to meet with renowned lecturers, outstanding researchers, famous travelers.

The Summer School is aimed at enhancing the professional and personal business relations, provides the possibility to present and promote their own projects, as well as participation in joint projects to stimulate new ideas.

The Summer School Program includes lectures, seminars, training sessions, debates, situation analysis, rapid protection, brain-rings and themed excursions.
