Russian Museums: The project “How starts the Homeland…” on the exchange between museums of the Novgorod and the Pskov region

August 21, 2013 at the State Museum of Art of the Novgorod land is held a press conference of the project “How starts the Homeland…” in the exchange of exhibitions between museums of the Novgorod and the Pskov region.

It is supposed that the project will initiate the long-term and effective cooperation between the museums.

August 22, 2013 as part of the project at the State Museum of Art of the Novgorod land is open the exhibition “The village where Eugene bored…” from the holdings of the State Memorial History and Literature and Natural Landscape Museum – the Museum Reserve of A. S. Pushkin “Mikhailovskoe” (the Pushkin Reserve). Among the collections - paintings, drawings, decorative arts, rare book - just 86 exhibits.

The exhibition “…and do lay Novgorod and do make a stone town…” from the collections of the Museum of Art of the Novgorod land will be represented in the halls of the Museum-Reserve of A. S. Pushkin “Mikhailovskoe” from September 29 to November 24, 2013.
