The Presidential Library web site continues the publication of materials from the Russian State Historical Archive (RSHA).
The presented archival documents of the Council of Ministers and the various bodies of the State Council and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Empire of the XIX - early XX centuries belong to the provinces, which are now the regions of Ukraine and Lithuania, and reflect some aspects of the administrative system, the development of the educational system, handicraft and social security in those areas.
