State and society: The II Scientific-practical conference “20 years of the Constitution of Russia: institutions of constitutional state, civil society and legislative process” in Moscow

26-27 September 2013, Moscow, the State Duma of Russia holds the II Scientific -practical conference on the theme “20 years of the Constitution of Russia: institutions of constitutional state, civil society and legislative process”.

The II Scientific-practical conference will be open by the Chairman of the State Duma S. E. Naryshkin.

September 26, the program of the conference includes:

- Plenary session, thematic sections:

Section 1. “Improving the separation of powers and intergovernmental relations as a condition of development of the regions and the constitutional rights of citizens”;

Section 2. “The modern representative democracy: the openness of the legislative process, enhancing the role of expertise and quality of legal technique”.

September 27 will be held the annual training of Heads of Legal Services of the legislative (representative) and executive bodies of state power on “Modern language of legislation: legal, socio-economic and linguistic expertise”.
