Society and culture: The III International Cultural Forum “The culture of the new generation” in Ulyanovsk

The III International Cultural Forum “The culture of the new generation” is held in Ulyanovsk on 26-27 September 2013.

The forum is attended by the best specialists in Russia and abroad in the field of cultural policy, cultural workers and experts from the UK, Germany, Italy and other countries. Some of them will be moderators of roundtables, discussion forums, and will conduct public seminars and lectures for the participants of the Forum.

This year the International Cultural Forum in Ulyanovsk is dedicated to the theme “The Culture of the new generation”. The official part of the Forum, which will be held on September 26 and 27, will hold more than 20 round-table discussions and presentations about the same number of different organizations, foundations and associations working in the field of culture. The presentation sites will work for two days from morning to evening.

The Cultural Forum 2013 invites to discuss the following areas of the world cultural policy: “Culture of the XXI century and Civil Society”, “Cultural Cluster - sustainable development of the territory”, “New space of culture (or “Culture+”)” as well as “Partnership in the field of culture”.

The Forum includes not only the business program – round tables, debates, presentations and discussions, but also a rich program of cultural events.
