Science and society: Scientific and Practical Conference dedicated to the issues of scientific editions of the international level in Moscow

The 2^nd International Scientific and Practical Conference “Scientific edition of the international level: problems, solutions, preparation and inclusion to citation indexes and abstracts databases” is held in Moscow, at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, on September 24-26, 2013. 

To participate in the conference are invited representatives of the scientific community of Russia and CIS countries, interested in the expanding of their research, as well as the promotion of their magazines to the international scientific and information space.

At the conference of 2013 is planned to discuss the range of issues related to the presence of domestic science at the international level and covering issues like training logs in accordance with the requirements of global databases citation and training of high-level scientific articles for publication on the leading foreign periodicals. The conference will feature presentations of foreign and Russian experts in the field of science, scientometrics and scientific publishing, editors and publishers will share their experiences, present the results of their achievements to the preparation of magazines of the international level. 

The main purposes of the conference:

- The promotion of decisions on the implementation of government initiatives towards the attestation of scientific personnel,   the increasing of publishing activity on data global citation indices, the measuring of the efficiency of the scientific activity of the country on an international scale.

- The development of basic principles of the new editorial and publishing policy, models and technology of preparation and promotion of scientific publications and magazines in accordance with the requirements  of the global citation and certification tasks of scientific publications.
