Russian regions: Celebrations, dedicated to the 350th anniversary of the foundation of Penza

September 14-15, 2013 are held the main celebrations, dedicated to the 350^th anniversary of the foundation of Penza.

Visitors and residents will have an interesting full program of events including a presentation of the Presidential Orchestra, company honor guard cavalry escort of honor of the Presidential Regiment, high-rise shows of the Mountaineering Federation of the Penza region, the procession of the city of Penza, the III festival of ethnic music and culture “Fortress Russia”, a solemn opening of the VIII All-Russian Festival “Dance, the Volga region!”, the air show, appearance of parachutists, wake boarders and water skiers, a multimedia theatrical performance “To the glory of Russia, for the good of the people!”, concert programs.
