Information Technology and Society: The Information Technology Week is Held in Tyumen

From the 9th to the 13th of September 2013 the Week of Information Technologies will be held for the first time in Tyumen. The first IT-Week is aimed to inform people of the successful IT development opportunities as widely as possible.

The "Information Technologies in Tyumen: Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow" exhibition starts on September 9.

The "IT Solutions Olympics" 1st International Congress opens the doors for its guests and participants on September 10.

The VI All-Russian Forum the "Electronic Government as the Contemporary Region Management Mechanism" and the "Information Technology of Tyumen Region - 2013" ("INFOTECH 2013") exhibition will take place on September 11 and 12.

The 14th "Arsenal+" conference will be held September 13.

According to the chairman of the Russian IT Directors Union and the chairman of the IT Directors of the Tyumen Region Club Andrei Semenov, in 2013 the Tyumen Region reached the top three most prepared for pablic information literacy subjects of the Russian Federation.
