"Kaspersky Lab" has updated its line of security solutions for household PC users. In the new Kaspersky Anti-Virus and Kaspersky Internet Security for all devices the company's specialists have improved the existing technologies, and added a number of new application tools, such as "Meta-scanner" antivirus technology and "Lock Screen Programs Protection".

The new version of Kaspersky Anti-Virus and Kaspersky Internet Security are developed to meet the users’ growing security requirements. Both products provided with "Meta - scanner" anti-virus technology that checks files for malicious code fragments typical of the Exploit programs. "Meta - scanner" is primarily designed to search and to bock the newest and most dangerous threats which data may not be available in the antivirus databases.

Another important new feature in the latest version of Kaspersky Internet Security has become an intellectual "Safe Programs Mode". Technology is protecting your computer, allowing the launch of only those applications that are recognized as reliable. The multi-level system of software legitimacy testing and the intelligent system of alteration to a particular user in this mode is able to provide a high level of security.
