Russian Culture Abroad: The Institutions of Higher Education will Promote Russian Education Abroad

The ceremony of signing of cooperation agreements between the Agency and the eight Russian higher education institutions was held on September 4, 2013, in Rossotrudnichestvo, as well as the Open Russian School Non-educational Institution.

The objectives of the interaction are the following: to facilitate establishment of institutional partnerships between the educational research community in Russia and abroad, the development of the students’ and the teachers’ academic mobility, the positive image of contemporary Russia in the world, and drawing the foreign citizens’ attention to the country with its language, culture and history.

The Head of Rossotrudnichestvo Konstantine Kosachev highlighted the work priority areas in international relations, foreign tuition in RF and image building of Russian education abroad.
