"Contemporary Aspects of Management and Economy in Library and Information Work" Inter-Regional Problematic Seminar will take place on 28th and 29th of October, 2013, in A. S. Pushkin Tomsk Oblast Universal Scientific Library. Seminar will focus on the following topics: "The Effective Contract ", library work showing, public libraries effectiveness evaluation, comfortable library user experience organization, professional competence building, and others.

The Board of Directors of Tomsk Region state and municipal libraries and the Grand Opening of the Tomsk Regional Center of Boris Yeltsin Presidential Library will be held on October 29.
