Electronic resources: The XV All-Russian Scientific Conference “Electronic libraries: advanced methods and technology, digital collections” in Yaroslavl

The XV All-Russian Scientific Conference RCDL’2013 “Electronic libraries: advanced methods and technology, digital collections” is held from October 14-17, 2013 in Yaroslavl.

Topics, entered for the program of the event:

-  Analysis of the data in social network,

- Virtual environment for scientific conferences, collaborative development of information environment,

- Integration, interoperability and mashups of heterogeneous information resources (structured, semi-structured, unstructured),

- Development tools of digital libraries and digital collection,

- Intellectual analysis (data mining), extraction of knowledge,

- Information security,

- Infrastructure of systems with the data use,

- The quality of digital resources, quality metrics, data cleansing,

- Composite representation of the content: multimedia, geographical, statistical data and other special data formats,

- Metadata, ontology, conceptual modeling,

- Models, architecture and infrastructure of digital libraries.

Traditionally, the RCDL conferences are supported by the Russian Foundation for Basic Research.

As part of the organized conference RCDL'2013 it is planned to organize a seminar “Doctoral Research on information technology related to digital libraries”, in which the author works, selected on the basis of the preliminary review, will be given the opportunity to present the current results of their research and discuss their strengths and weaknesses with more experienced colleagues.
