Information technology and media: Forum Tech in Media for business and media in Moscow

Tech in Media Forum is held in RIA Novosti on November 29, 2013, the forum was attended by representatives of business, journalists and bloggers, who will discuss the trends in the development of innovation and technological market in Russia and its media coverage.

Tech in Media Forum will be the final stage of the project Tech in Media in 2013. The main objective of the forum is to create a communication platform for communication between members of the market innovation and venture capital projects and media, as well as representatives of the authorities. The forum is held by RIA Novosti in conjunction with the Russian Venture Company.

The program of the Forum is compiled with an emphasis on practical information that will be useful to the media and business. The first session of the forum will focus on the most promising to date technology areas, the second - the journalist's work with primary sources, and the third - the new format of presentation to the audience. As part of the forum, will be also held a presentation of the project "RIA Science" and the first delivery of the award named after S. P. Kapitsa for "Contribution to the popularization of science and technology".

The unique Project Tech in Media aims to increase the competence of journalists in innovation and venture capital topics. As part of the project from October to November 2013 are held lectures and master classes in which professional journalists, investors and founders of successful startups talk about the features of the market innovation and venture capital investments, how to properly cover startups distributed as grants innovation funds, how on the Russian market appear successful projects. Lectures project are designed for journalists, bloggers and students engaged in "Journalism".
