Society and Culture: "Night of Arts" Cultural and Educational Action in Cultural Institutions across Russia

For the first time in Russia "Night of Arts" cultural and educational action will be carried out on November 3, 2013. This action is initiated by the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation and will take place within the framework of the celebration of National Solidarity Day, by way of three already acclaimed by an audience festivals "Night at the Museum," "Night at the Theater" and "Biblionight." The headline of Night of Arts - 2013 is “The Sounds and Voices."

That day the culture and art institutions remain open until midnight, offering its comers the countless master classes, concerts, performances and tours.

In Moscow the traditional sites, such as show-rooms, theaters, libraries, art clusters will be extended with the railway stations, shopping malls, subways, pedestrian zones, and even farmers markets, proving that that art is everywhere. More than 150 leading capital cultural institutions will contribute into this action: they will work for free until midnight.

"Night of Art " event will be held in all regions of Russia. From now on the countrywide action will be carried out annually on November 3.
