Information technology and history: Interactive exhibition “Warriors of the Middle Ages of the IX-XVII centuries” in Volgograd

December 29, 2013 in the Volgograd regional museum opens the interactive exhibition "Warriors of the Middle Ages of the IX-XVII centuries".

The exhibition "Warriors of the Middle Ages of the IX-XVII centuries" opens the year of celebration of the 100th anniversary of the Volgograd Regional Museum. The exhibition presents the reconstructed samples of household items, weapons and protective ammunition of military classes and ethnic groups, living or carrying out activities in the territory between the Volga and the Don during the IX-XVII centuries.

The exposition is made by experts of laboratory of experimental archeology of military history club "Con-Rod" and members of the Russian military and Russian Historical Society supported by a grant of the Ministry of internal information policy and the Volgograd region.

The exhibition will run till February 24, 2013.
