The exhibition “Space LUCIDA” runs on four sites in Moscow from 30 January to 30 March 2014. Works by famous artists from Russia, Austria, Germany, Holland and the United States are presented at the National Centre for Contemporary Art, at the hall "On Kashirka" in the "Gallery Belyaevo" and "Peresvetov Lane".

The project is dedicated to the phenomenon of light in contemporary art. Thus, in the NCCA the light will serve as a visual message and mediator between the author's thought and the viewer's perception.

The light in the forms of media - film, photography and conceptual objects – will be shown in the hall "On Kashirka". In "Peresvetov Lane" will be analyzed the problem of the evolution of the phenomenon of light in art, from painting to new media, and in the "Gallery Belyaevo" the exposition will be built around the idea of Kazimir Malevich about changing natural light on the technological paradigm, where artificial light begins to dominate over the natural, organizers said.

According to the idea of creators of the exhibition, each exposition will be part of a large-scale installation that will acquaint visitors with the features of light perception and technological innovation of today.
