International cooperation: Photo exhibition “Window to the World” in Yerevan

January 15, 2014 in the exhibition hall of the foundation "Tekeyan Center" (Yerevan, Armenia) took pace the International photo exhibition "Window to the World".

The exhibition features 87 pictures by 41 authors of the Internet resource www.photopodium.com from eight countries - Armenia, Australia, Georgia, Germany, the Netherlands, Russia, Ukraine and the USA.

Opening the exhibition, the portal administrator PhotoPodium.com, photographer Armen Yengoyan said that the purpose of the exhibition was to open to the Armenian audience a window into the wonderful world of photography. He also expressed special thanks to Rossotrudnichestva for support in organizing the exhibition, noting that there was a desire to make this exhibition a traditional one and expand the geography of the participants.

In his welcoming speech, the Acting Head of the leader of Rossotrudnichestvo in Armenia Mark Kalinin said that the exhibition presented the best works of Photographers of the portal www.photopodium.com which displayed color of the countries where they work, and noted that 24 works of Russian artists take a worthy place in the exhibition.

PhotoPodium.com project combines professional photographers and amateur photographers from the former Soviet Union, now living in different countries.
