Internet and culture: Libretto of all Mozart’s operas to publish in the Internet

The International Fund of Mozart started publishing at its website libretto of all the operas of the Austrian composer.

The texts are available in the languages ​​on which they were written. At the website you can see both the original manuscript of the libretto, and all variants of their subsequent editions. In addition to the libretto the website contains score of each work (both instrumental and vocal part). Also there you can listen to any passage of the work.

Currently at the website of the Mozarteum (the Salzburg Conservatory, which bears the name of Mozart) are published six operas. They include "The Marriage of Figaro", "La Clemenza di Tito", as well as four early works by Mozart - "Ascanius in Alba", "Dream of Scipio", "Lucius Sulla" and "Il re pastore".

Libretto by the rest of composer's operas representatives of the Mozarteum promised to publish for two years. At the website eventually will be published 24 operas and oratorios. The Mozarteum Online Library will be updated periodically.
