Science and society: The IV All-Russian Festival of Science started in Moscow

February 8, 2014, on the Day of Russian Science, started the IV All-Russian Festival of Science. This year the All-Russian Festival of Science is one of the key events of the Year of Science Russia – the EU 2014. In this regard, in the cities of Russia are held celebrations to mark the beginning of the next Festival of Science.

February 10 at the Faculty of Journalism of the Moscow State University took place the official opening of the IV All-Russian Festival of Science. It is held in 70 Russian regions and runs from February to October. This year, its program includes for more than five thousand events, including lectures of Nobel laureates.
