Society and church: Photo exhibition “Patriarch. Serving God, Church, People” in Moscow

January 31, 2014 at the Museum of the Cathedral of Christ the Savior in Moscow is held a photo exhibition "Patriarch. Serving God, the Church, People" devoted to the fifth anniversary of the enthronement of Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia Kirill and the 425th anniversary of the establishment of the Patriarchate in Russia.

Photo exhibition "Patriarch. Serving God, the Church, People" has the following sections: "The dispensation of church life", "Church of Holy Russia, "Unity of faith", "Dialogue with society", "Certificate of Orthodoxy". The exhibition features photographs taken by photographers of the Press Service of the Patriarch in different places of service of His Holiness.

Along with the main exposition as part of the photo exhibition is featured a special section devoted to the 425th anniversary of the establishment of the Patriarchate in Russia. This exhibition was prepared by the Moscow Patriarchate and the Publishing Foundation for setting the monument to Patriarch Hermogenes. The section presents paintings depicting Patriarch Job, Hermogenes and Tikhon.

The exhibition will run till February 28, 2014.
