Libraries and society: The All-Russian action in support of the reading “Biblionoch-2014” to be held in Russian regions

The action “Biblionoch” – is the annual large-scale event in support of the reading. On this night, libraries, museums, galleries, book stores, art spaces and clubs across the country open their doors to visitors beyond normal working time.

In 2014 the action starts on April 25. The underlying theme of this year is “Taking time”.

During the “Biblionoch” readers will be able to meet famous writers, poets, critics, publicists and publishers, to take part in literary quests, contests, quizzes, book fairs and other events.
